The jungle surrounded the Half Saiyan, adrift amidst his meditations as he sat on a larger stone he had moved into the clearing. The bamboo creaked and groaned in the breeze as it moved, the animals had begun to make their sounds again now that he had made himself an inactive part of the background. Triton kept his breathing easy and calm as he relaxed, beginning to summon his energy forth in preparation. He was out here by no accident; his alone time was sparse at times, but when he did have a day to himself he tried to catch up on his training.
It had been some time since he’d seen his rival, Pluto, and as a result Triton had lost a lot of his drive. He continued to relax and enjoy time with Ren, and because of that he was getting a touch soft. It didn’t really bother him too much, but it did make him itch with boredom at times. He knew he needed to get his blood pumping, so he found a nice area to get his mind together. It had been some time since he had an outburst as well, and with his power regulating instead of spiking the way it does, he noticed he was considerably weaker. Triton knew he could never let Pluto see him in such a state, it would only become a one sided fight between the two of them. And he wasn’t going to be beaten that easily.
Standing and stretching slightly, he sighed once more, wishing he hadn’t ruined his last set of weighted training gear. The Hybrid knew he’d need to buy more, and he was close to enough for a heavier set anyways. After a moment of preparation, he began to practice his energy control, activating his Crimson Cutter, sheathing his hands in intense red aura, and holding it until it calmed to a dull blade of energy. He would begin his training, switching between sharp and blunt, slicing the bamboo into multiple pieces as he switched back and forth.
