Today was finally a day where some damn action was going down, Kondai had finally caught wind of a powerful entity that was within West City but had nothing but his ability to sense ki to go off of. He had no idea what the man looked like, no idea how strong he was, no idea what his name was, and had no clue if he was actually evil but at this point Kondai just wanted a strong opponent that he could challenge to a friendly one-on-one. He liked how peaceful Earth was but perhaps it was too peaceful, Kondai was beginning to go a little stir crazy from the lack of any real opponents to face.
Kondai had a good idea of who this man was though, his energy was out there, so out there in fact it seemed like it was entirely overlapping everyone else's mysteriously, it was an unusual feeling, kind of like he himself was so much higher than everyone that he was the only actual power that Kondai could sense in the area that he was heading toward, something which Kondai never had any real struggle against before. This made this a new and interesting experience which excited Kondai greatly, he could only hope that something was in store for him for when he got there.
As he got closer and closer to the person he sensed it became clearer and clearer that, yeah, this person overlapped ALL the energy signals around him and not only that, Kondai could no longer sense anyone else upon getting closer to him, just him. This unnerved Kondai a little bit but added a bit to his excitement at the same time. Kondai sped up and rushed ahead full speed to see who it was that he was sensing with such a high power.
