Start with a Unique Technique: "Absorption!"
Absorption is treated as an attack that deals damage equivalent to 15% of your Power Level for the purposes of defense.
This attack costs 10% of either your stamina or energy, but can only be attempted twice per battle and only on a target that's not unconscious but is below 20% health.
It does not deal damage of its own but is an instant kill if successful.
If successful, the player gains 10% of the absorption target's PL and learns two of their techniques.
The player can opt to "Absorb" instead of killing or looting at the end of the battle, but bonuses are halved this way.
Bonuses are always halved (further so if chosen as a battle reward) if on an NPC and can only apply for forms once per owner of NPC
Wealthy:
Since human civilization is established and their economy is at its peak, humans seem to get their hands on money easy. Humans start with 3,000z amount of zeni instead of 1,000z. They also are awarded 10% more zeni gains whenever zeni is gained.

Majins regenerate limbs after a single turn
Majins are immune to the bleed defect/debuff
Majins cannot be destroyed except through the vaporization process listed in the Fighting page
Zenkai:
Upon receiving life threatening damage a Saiyan is capable of gaining a power boost known as Zenkai. Though to do this the Saiyan must be near death and manage to recover from such injuries.
In a Battle, Death Enabled thread, or Saga event if a Saiyan's health drops below 5% and they survive their gains for that thread are doubled OR they gain a flat 10% bonus to their Power Level, whichever is larger!

Well, there’s always one isn’t there. Someone who takes dangerous and terrifying technology and tries to bend it for their own fetish fuel. In this instance, said fetish driven individual decided that they would take the rather interesting leaked plans for the bio android and bend the genetic code as hard as he could into making an Okaimimimi of his very own. So that’s exactly what he did, after much experimenting, failed rejects that were quickly incinerated this lonely little scientist created life that was shaped to his desires.
Unfortunately he’d made a slight mistake, unknowing of the various states of the bio android and how the wanted appearance only really showed up much later in their lifespan. Rather than the lovely young lady with wolf parts he appeared to have made a wolf cub. He couldn’t figure out quite what he had done wrong and spent some time tending to the cub and trying to figure out just how he had failed to have any human actually show up in the weird mix of genetic codes required for the girl to be a humanoid wolf.
His experimentation was never completed nor was his answer found as he then had the pleasure of finding out just how bio androids sustained themselves. Namely by feasting on others. A mere year after being created did Tuski claim her first victim, her own creator. Thus escaping her larval form and growing a little in size into a young wolf pup, no longer a half blind floundering thing. But a proud if diminutive little thing. From her creator she gained the knowledge of language and even a little insight of her own making.
So she hid, it made the most sense. The wolf living among wolves almost unnoticed by the pack. There was a very tense moment or two when the alpha male looked to murder her but was faced down by one of the females that had recently had litter and was hyper protective of those she thought of as hers. This happy life continued for two years until recently when her home had been destroyed in mere days. Up until that point there had been a strange protector that had sheltered the forest. Now with her pack having fled without her. Tuski has to find her own way in the world.
Personality:
Tuski is frankly a bit of a big derp. By that I mean she doesn’t really bother engaging her brain and often just says or does the first thing that really comes to mind. At this early stage of her existence she mostly just does what her instincts say to do. While she does have the capacity to stop and think it is really unlikely that she is going to really bother to use it while in her little larval(puppy) state. However, she already found that she has a great fondness for food of any kind, not just the living kind. Playing, which to her is a mix of actually just acting like a cute dog and fighting, though in a friendly and non lethal way. In terms of an actual fight the little pup tries to avoid it where she can. Not really believing herself to be much of a combatant. She’s only a pup after all, but she’ll defend herself and those she likes to the nines in order to have both her and them survive. This personality is going to be subject to change as Tuski absorbs new victims and incorporates a little of them in her as well as her mental state developing as she grows “older”

Just what it says on the tin. Tsuki leaps at the foe and tries to take a bite out of them.
[CT – 1] Rupan hōdan
Tuski slashes at thin air, energy matching thee slash her claws make races forewards from the space towards the foe. Potentially causing heavy bleeding
[AT-1] Ōkami no tōgoku
An energy projection of Tuski’s lupine jaws races forwards to bite through the opponent. Potentially crushing whatever it impacts
[PCT – 1] Ōkami no hatameku
Despite the pretentious name. It’s little more than tuski dashing back and forth around her foe/foes and raining random kicks bites and punches onto them.
[ST – 1 Physical] Wolf Speed Dance
The speed of the wolf is unparalleled, while in this strange stance (20% stamina and an action) All dodges made this turn cost half resources to deal with)

The crackling, hissing and popping was getting bad, the pack had fled some time ago and the smoke had made it so she couldn’t pick up their scent now. Their little forest guardian was suffering rather badly against the large metal creature that had come forth once more to challenge her for the forest. This time however, it looked like the guardian wasn’t going to succeed as they had done so before. The fire however from the machines weaponry had started quite the heavy blaze that was already sweeping through the forest. Tuski took one last glance through a gap in the smoke at the guardian who had gone down to a heavy backhand from the big metal suit. Something was wrong with her this time, she seemed slower and a lot less agile. She’d avoided that kind of thing before now. Why was today so different? Tuski didn’t have time to try and figure it out. Worse yet with her tiny little legs she’d suffer little chance of out running this fire. It was probably time to stop hiding what she could do.
Tapping into the reserve of power she’d kept buried in order to seem more like a helpless wolf cub, the girl started to sprint, tiny legs moving in a little blur as the cub darted from root to tree branch, rebounding and ricochetting off the trees in order to eat up the ground that bit faster. Racing ahead of the roaring fire that was sweeping along the dense leaf strewn mossy ground. It probably wouldn’t be enough. She hadn’t had any practice at doing this and it was purely luck that had kept her bounces as accurate as they had been thus far. With a sudden whine as she thought about it. Tuski clipped a branch she hadn’t spotted in the air and bounced backwards. Hitting the ground hard and taking too long to pick herself up and shake off the daze that it had brought upon her.
The fire caught up to the artificial life and a howl went up as she writhed in pain. Flames covering her fur and rather literally setting the nerve endings on fire as Tuski struggled to stay conscious. It was a losing battle however and little by little Tuski succumbed to the smoke and the pain. Slumping back down to the ground and collapsing as the fire raged around her. The body went unnoticed by the logging company as their power suits carved through trees way above the little pupper as she slept off her injuries.
Come morning, and covered in sawdust, Tsuki rolled over and stood up, shaking herself off and looking around in confusion. She had thought she was dead, she knew she’d been burned down into the ground and had collapsed. But now she seemed oddly fine, she even had all her fur. The forest around her was a wreck however. As far as she could see, and she’d even hopped up onto the nearest stump to get some height and check. There was nothing more than tree stumps and charred Earth. It was horrible, her pack’s scent was no where to be found either. She was alone… It was scary.
