The city of Katas Harbor was said to be one of the largest urban centers upon planet Namek. A truly inspirational combination of modern development and nature, the city managed to possess all the trappings of a modern metropolis without paved roads or the filth that could be found in other cities galaxy wide. Lush blue grass lined the streets, in rare places even flower beds and Asija plants grew between the many homes and places of industry. In order to keep the truly fascinating city so clean and blended a twenty-four hour work force policed the city, their only goal to maintain the balance of nature and advancement.
For a surface city on Namek, Jhelks had to admit that ever since his return to the world Katas Harbor had been his favorite place to be. Looking out upon the RRC designed structures and the rolling natural streets Jhelks knew this place represented what a modern Namek should be. Even the presence of non-namekians in this place failed to bother the warrior as he made way towards the cities massive harbor, a mysterious case tightly gripped in his hand. Jhelks path brought him passed crowds of Namek's, Human's, Saiyan's, and even Tuffle's. Many of them traveling the same direction as the young warrior, and many of them carrying special cases of their own.
The dark namekian in disguise (simply meaning he did not display his tattoos) smiled and waved at a human couple who had spent a few moments to long starring in his direction. The couple merely giggled and waved back as Jhelks rushed passed the pair, not wishing to be late for the upcoming events.
Twice a year in Katas Harbor the city opened up a friendly competition for all people upon Namek to attend. Even Dark Clan Namekians were rumored to attend the event most years, though they always came in disguise Jhelks knew from his fellows back beneath the surface. For this competition was for a favorite pass time upon Namek, perhaps the greatest thing to have ever come from planet Earth in many native Namekian opinions.
Finally reaching the harbor of Katas Harbor Jhelks peered out over the great expanse of pure, green, water. Several small boats sat docked at various posts, but the truly impressive site was the many floating islands of green turf that had been temporarily erected upon the water. Eighteen islands of different sizes and shapes, some lain with different types of grass, others with sand and bogs. The only constant upon each island was a pole bearing a white flag that fluttered in the breeze.
The Katas Harbor golf semi-annual championship was getting ready to begin and Jhelks decided he was here to win!
