On the lovely little island that Courne called home, there would be a sudden faint disturbance. Depending on where the young man was, it wouldn’t be hard to figure out that there was a foreign power in the area. Specifically it seemed to be within his home. Little Jaci had decided to come visit after their last meeting, in which she had almost quite randomly vanished after she had finished comforting the poor young man. This time however, she looked a little worse for wear, scratches scuffs and burn marks adorned the poor girl and her little outfit was in tatters. Despite this she seemed to be quite at ease, toddling over to the rather useful book that he had used before in an attempt to communicate with her and pulling it form it’s place before both book and demon were on the floor.
Jaci wanted to be able to understand the strange other being that she had met, and he spoke in the strange language of the humans. Better yet, this weird book had her words next to his words. So if she could just figure out what the weird patterns sounded like, she’d be able to try and talk in his words instead of her own. The way they were written down wasn’t even too different so figuring out how the little parts sounded like wasn’t that hard. It was trying to figure out the whole bit that was hard. It was weird there were too many rounded sounds instead of the sharp heavy consonant language she was used to. There the little demon relaxed. Just happily trying to read a strange language while injured and bleeding ever so slightly onto the floor of Courne’s little tree top home. She’d not really paid much attention to the time of day when she’d decided to just show up, though from the amount of light. She could only assume it was close to mid day, or just a little after it, nor did she really try and find Courne. Though she had picked him up on her ability to sense out ki, and just had a faint smile on her face at his now familiar energy.
