It had felt like ages since Namorel had conducted any proper, personal training since he left Namek... even then that before he left the planet he hadn't truly gotten to work on his own personal skills in great depth, rather being pushed into tasks given to him to benefit the clan as the heads saw preferable. However, today was going to change that as Namorel felt it was time he pushed himself and his capabilities at a distance further than he had beforehand, realizing in his trip to the lab with Ayumu that it could have been exponentially more powerful.
The Namekian would begin the day as any other really, preparing him assets at Prisma's house, deciding what he may need for the day. Namorel would be too distracted as he got into deciding precisely what he would need for this trip, he would not hear the lamia sneak into the room, her tail silent against the polished hardwood as she slithered across it and towards the Namekian, wrapping her arms around his torso, rising off her tail some to his level and resting her head on his shoulder.
"What's on the agenda today?", she would ask with impish curiosity. All too often the green man would disappear to head off with Ayumu or to roam the surroundings and she was hoping that perhaps today he could give her and Nao some time. Namorel would think for a moment, raising one hand to meet Prisma's and another to his chin in thought.
"I was planning to head out to the islands north of South City to get some training in... all this time with Ayumu has kept me rather busy and incapable of getting any proper personal practice in.", Namorel would reply, turning his head some to look at the female zoan, a soft smile crossing her lips as he did so. She would pull from the Namekian and with a playful pout peer at him.
"Lucky, the furthest I've been from here is East City. I'd love to take Nao to see the ocean too.", the adult lamia would speak, dropping the fair number of hints that she wanted to make the day one for the three of them and not just her and her daughter at the house. The Namekian would catch unto this and turn around to face her, a glimmer of hope in her eyes as she waited for his thoughts.
Namorel would think on it for a moment when comprehension would flash across his face with clear intent. "If we broguth some food, perhaps I could bring you and Nao along, but it will be a long flight.", he spoke with a thoughtful tone and an affirmative nod. He had gathered the lot of his belongings he would need and was ready to head out when they were so. "Get Nao and meet me outside, then we can head out."
Prisma almost jumped with excitement, nodding to Namorel and slithering off to make sure her daughter was ready, as well as to grab some simple snacks and drinks in a picnic basket. The Namekian was still not accustomed to this arrangement of living and wondered why Prisma bothered to keep him around. Shrugging off these thoughts, he would make his way to the door and wait for the two lamia.
Little time would be wasted by the lamia to prepare their essentials and meet Namorel outside. The Namekian would allow Prisma to wrap herself around Namorel and he would simply carry Nao as he had when he took her to the top of the tower prior. The flight would be a relatively quiet one as they made their way to the south passing all number of landmarks and finally coming to the sea, where the young lamia would look on with wonder at the ever expanding body of water before them.
Namorel would pick one of the smaller, more secluded islands to stop at, the tropical air emanating intensely as they came to a landing. The intense heat was more than a simple relaxation, but a boon of elation for the lamia, whose biology was more like that of a snake than a human. Prisma and Nao would get to arranging the picnic as Namorel made his way to the ocean, ready to begin his training. What he wished to improve was his visual ki blast in such a way that he could inflict more overall damage with it.
In reality... Namorel had no idea how to do just that, when he used it before, it always came naturally to him, focusing a portion of his ki through his eyes or antennae and it all occurred on its own. Launching himself steadily into the sky,he would do just this, watching as the water split, the air shattering with the velocity of his strike and it all fading as quickly as it started.
Taking a deep breath, his eyes trained on the water as he let his ki flow more freely, a technique of informal meditation the clan had shown him, but he had made little use of prior... he felt it all begin to flow more steadily and the energy rising with him.
Focusing this ki once more through his eyes, the air would erupt, shock waves continuing for yards. The water below rose into walls as the ground beneath shatters at the strike, the extent of his blast growing. Time and again, the Namekian would repeat this process, each strike slowly rising and forcing more into the sea. Closing his eyes for a moment and breathing slowly, he felt it rise close to its peak, his channels of ki reaching the point he wanted, with one final glare at the sea, the water would split greater, a wave rising to the point it threatened the island.
The Namekian would drop to the ground, glaring once more as his ki shattered the wave, protecting the island and those on it from the mess. Satisfied with the results, Namorel would make his way back to Prisma and Nao to see how the picnic was coming along.

Tech Learned:
[BT2] Striking Glare
An improvement on the comparatively weaker Vision Fist. This technique is for all intents and purposes an evolved version of the prior technique. So long as the user can sense his opponent, he can focus his ki directly at them in a form of kiai. Indications of its activation are his eyes glowing a light blue, but otherwise the attack is invisible.
