The imagery on the walls was quite interesting, Namorel watching it as they made their way forwards, not quite noticing the lack of detail in the tiling however as his attention was rather shifted to the hatch in an instant as it came into view. As he cut at the vines, the retained fluids spilling unto the floor,he would wipe it unto his gi, doing his best to avoid any chances with a foreign liquid doing something unpredictable after all.
The sudden creak of the hatch would drop Namorel to his knee for a moment as he shuddered at the sound, cringing as it echoed into his sensitive ears. Once the sound faded however, he would look into the dark hole and drop a small ball of ki, illuminating what it could as it descended into the unknown. "Care to lead the way?", Namorel would ask Ayumu sarcastically, standing with an arm stretched and a half bow. A grin would line his lips as he took back his stoic posture, waiting to follow the old man regardless, as he seemed to have a better grasp on where they were going than the Namekian did, after all this was his planet and not Namek. Namorel would keep as close to the old human as possible while giving him space in the hole.
Noticing how much the Namekian had been cringing, the man couldn't help but have his mouth form a soft smile as he would nod towards him in support, letting him see that he was planning to take the Lead, grasping the top of the ladder and dropping himself down by sliding down the sides to get as silently down as possible. It didn't take long though for Namorel to hear a far down "Ah Fuck." as the man fell into a pool of water at the bottom with an obvious splash and a few pieces of rock had made their way to the bottom rather quickly as they fell from the side. His plan to have gone down rather quickly and silently was stopped by a few bricks that weren't truely firmly located at the sides, having brought a set part of the wall along with him as it took a solid five seconds before more splashing was heard as the man came above water, the light bulb illuminating less than half the shaft even with one on each side. "There is nobody down here!" Ayumu would proclaim.
Taking a carefull look around in this large water area with multiple pillars and four corners where they raised up towards small metallic constructed cages that were used to hold something. Yet Ayumu himself would wait for Namorel to come down to lift six fingers behind his back as he was counting how many figures were moving around in this rather hard to see darkened area with the four corners as a bit of an inspection would allow a person to notice that there was one exit in this area that was locked up with chains it seemed via a metallic grate, allowing water through but not sight as it was hidden beneath the water against the wall.
If somebody were to have the ability to sense energies, they would notice that the six figures were actually Seven! All with small levels of power but they were hidden in the corner to the far north, the ones at the south, east and west holding nothing.

Waiting patiently for the old man to make his way down the ladder, Namorel would finally catch a glimpse of the tile, taking the one from his pocket to compare the materials and patterns, much to his dismay, the two being vastly different in both aspects. One showing the effort and reverence, with the tone of the ooze outside, and the other a simple bland tile, as if cut in mass to supply this one hallways without concern for elegance or form. Namorel would pout briefly at this laziness of the constructor, kicking a loose tile down the hallway as his patience grew thin.
The sudden yelp of the older human made the Namekian want to laugh as he heard the splash follow, but he refrained from such as he knew it would echo down to Ayumu. Assuming the ladder had given in on the human, Namorel would step into the hols, allowing his ki to carry him gently down little by little. His energy was locked on Ayumu as he couldn't quite see as he grew deeper and deeper. Once he hit the water however his hands clenched behind his back and he remained there, floating a few inches off the water's surface as he counted out the energies in the room. They weren't significant, but he knew they were watching him and the human.
"Follow me for a moment, we have company and we shouldn't leave ourselves in the open like this.", Namorel's tone would shift to that of concern as his orb of light glimmered to his side, leading the human closet to the pillars and cages so that they didn't have a back against the wall there at the entrance so to speak. He would keep his antennae moving, tracking each form as they moved and ready to retaliate with either a kick of a blast of ki should they be hostile.
As you lead Ayumu away, the man would follow you carefully, the splashing sounds of water as the both of them moved towards the wall as the signatures moved carefully. They didn't want to be spotted as they kept their energy levels incredibly low, but at the same time they were lurking and waiting for a moment. They were awaiting for something strange to happen, for some conflict to seperate the people as they carefully moved through... Before something became obvious as Ayumu would then retort.
"They are underwater. We have a small issue." Ayumu would proclaim as he stepped on an invisible platform, one of his quirks that was his way of flying before he could even write about the concept of flying. Slowly stepping upwards as he held a hand out to let Namorel just dangle and then step on the platform that he was using, knowing full well that there was something wrong. But Ayumu with his lack of knowledge in water wouldn't notice how the hue of the water wasn't a brilliant nothingness, but instead slowly tainting purple underneath the bright yellow light, something he would blame the moss on but the Namekian could educate him on with his knowledge.
"They are fish creatures, they may have ranged attacks or will maul or legs, we have way too little information at this point to be knowing how to deal with them... But we can't get into the water without attacking them as i have noticed that grate that would let us out at this point." The man would inform... But there was something strange about this Ki they worked on, as if they were slightly robotic too?

Namorel would remain vigilant with the energies, not letting what little movement they made get beyond him. Yet it was peculiar that these being were still keeping their distance, the Namekian wasn't quite sure if it was due to their fear of these unknown visitors or if they were waiting for something, but Namorel didn't want to take any chances either way, keeping his eyes and ears out on their surroundings that the small ki orb offered in sight. Ayumu seemed to have no trouble keeping his pace, the splashing a bit unnerving, but otherwise tolerable for now or until something occurred.
"You do realize I'm already flying, right?", Namorel would question the older human as he stepped up and tugged at Namorel. With a bit of a laugh, he humor himself with the old man's mistake. However he did wonder what incited the human to step up as he did. "You think they are waiting for something as well? I say we try and inspect what we can now until they show themselves, after we get a feel for the room we can try at the grate.", the Namekian shared his opinion with the old man, hoping to get his thoughts on such as well. There was far too much to question here and just jumping into the unknown beyond the grate, the cages specifically intrigued the Namekian enough to keep him here to examined and study.
As he realized that he didn't notice that Namorel was flying already, Ayumu could feel the age set in as he sighed to himself, leaning against the wall with a sense of dread overcoming himself as he wanted to take a deep breath and let everything was over himself, but he didn't have the freedom, he knew this.
"Alrighty." Ayumu responded towards the searching notion as he followed Namorel carefully, letting him inspect everything as he would use his sphere to keep his back protected.
The walls were simple prison walls but were flooded because of something, while checking the eastern side would have shown a large collection of mechanical skeletons that were located in the area, a small set of them trying to move but because of the water burning themselves out and permanently fading out. Some of the other items in here was a small set of keys that were attached to a still sparking torn apart android that wasn't alive anymore, but with a functioning core it was a danger to say the least.
The cage on the south was filled with tools and a large surgical table for androids, as if it was there to prepare for some kind of research on how to weaponize more and more androids and make them much stronger with... Hmm... It seemed that the plans weren't completely readable at this point anymore. Just notions towards sixteen hundred failed experiments and a few successes.
The cage on the west had a small array of weapons, since they were kept higher up in a small secluded box, unable to be broken by somebody with a normal person their strenght via the locks... They remained rather neat, a beautifull spear laying at one side that had to be refitted to be able to support a Ki fighter to say the least, as it wouldn't bring any benefit to the battlefield.
The cage on the north which held the signatures in the beginning held a bunch of chewed up batteries that had been completely drained dry as they were used to feed something or were used as biting target practice.

As the two made their way around the room, each new sigh appalled the Namekian more and more. A frown would crease his lips with each piece coming to the realization that this place was someone's laboratory to some degree, what other could one give for the various androids laying about. To bring such life into the world, only to leave them on a wall as they slowly fade into the mechanical death that would typically mark their lives over, not even permitting these poor creatures the sanctity of the afterlife and simply the end that came with well.. being a machine after all. Making a quick movement to grab the keys from the unmoving mechanical skeleton, Namorel felt that perhaps they would come in handy at a later time.
The disturbing thoughts of what occurred in these cages almost overcame the Namekian as he examined each, but he would shrug it off and continue the search on wards, the box of weapons catching his eye as he would take the spear out of curiosity rather than necessity or application, the pole arm the perfect and ideal weapon for a Namekian in a combat scenario really. Offering even greater extended range for the already elastic peoples.
"Whatever is here seems to like to feed off energy if those battery cells are any indication.", Namorel expressed his concern to the old human, looking over the ravaged batteries, likely drained for their every ounce should his assessment be clear. He would scan the room once more for the energies and hope the lifeforms were keeping their distance. He would make his way towards the grate Ayumu pointed out prior, sliding the keys out in case they were needed.
As you slid the keys outwards, seeing that it only had two on the chain and that there was one which was more frequently used, it wasn't too hard to figure out which one would fit into the grate itself. Yet there was the issue of the water itself seemingly burning the skin upon contact if you were to stick your hand into the now rather deep purple area! The mechanical creatures resembling small, humanoid piranha's filled with mechanical replacements were swimming around in public now, rattling contently before spitting small blobs of Acid upwards, hoping to strike you with surprise and to strike even Ayumu who was behind you with surprise.
Ayumu himself, a slight bit distracted was taking his time to then speak awkwardly. "So why are they researching how to weaponise these androids so thoroughly? If they wanted weapons, they could have just followed the examples made by the old doctor gero from way back in the day. He made some beautifull androids and gave the great technological explosion that was tearing apart society by force before third party upgrades made most of his big inventions obsolete..." He proclaimed, knowing full well that the little machines that he had left behind wouldn't be used for anything truely happy anymore. Atleast he could pray for them. "Although i have heard that there was a resurgence in the android society with a few tuffle scientists making a few new models." He always left himself way too open in the scene of new information. Which was a flaw that he had friends to fill in the gaps almost all the time, Yet today, this fell onto your shoulders. As Namorel, the true saviour of the universe~!

As he felt them draw closer, Namorel's attention would turn to the piranha like creatures that had targeted them. Setting a barrier around the old human, Namorel would do his best to tolerate the damage as he worked on the grate, pushing the key into it and pulling it open with some forge, however an idea cropped in his mind and he turned his attention back to the mechanical skeletons on the wall, blasting ki at the restraints holding them back, he had hoped the shock wave would wake the few that were still feasibly active at the best give them allies and at worst give them a distraction from the partially mechanical fish beasts that were annoying enough as it was.
"Any idea where we go from here?", the Namekian would shout at the human Ayumu as the fish continued their attempts to attack. While he waited for a response from Ayumu, his eyes would remain locked on the mechanical skeletons, curious if any of them were still alive enough to do something, anything really. "Wait a minute... you said that these models are different than the Gero model? How so exactly? The internal set up looks similar enough from where I'm standing..", the Namekian's thoughts would shift to this topic, wondering what exactly the old man meant with that.
As the fish would be dragged out of the grate with all of the water spilling out... There was a soft static sound as smoke started to fill the area of the fishes starting to slowly die out. They seemed to require the water to function and without it as it was all pouring out, nothing remained except a thin layer in which they flopped around.
Although the protective shield on Ayumu did protect him, causing him to yelp out in shock, he did stumble backwards as he saw fear cross his face rather quickly, hoping to be able to solve the situation at hand before then just shaking his head as what he saw was a large passageway before him, but before that. he had to answer a question.
"Yes, The tuffle scientists use a different model, whilest shaped in the same vein, they are using a more intensive and strenuous and restricting building plan that has simple exceptions that ascend much faster and much stronger than the rest. Doctor gero instead was working his behind off on making an unified model to help people with disabilities and human resource limitations." Before then pointing forwards through the grate as none of the survivors would wake up with the shockwave.
A large, open room with a massive core unit in the middle that was busy pounding away calculations, a bridge that would take a solid minute to walk from to the middle of the core that had computers and access points at its base.
Elevated in the middle of the room, along with the standing room, if you looked down the passageway you would see thousands of screens forming a perfect circular orb around the core, protecting it carefully as robots were locked in every single screen. "Well, uhh... We may want to get out of here as soon as possible then huh." Ayumu proposed.

The Namekian would drop his weight as he descends to the floor while the water drains into the grate. Pondering the machines that lined the wall, rather disappointed at the fact they all remained motionless and for the most part still. Regardless, he would listen to Ayumu's explanation of the mechanical differences between Gero's models. Then a thought came to mind when it finally registered that the scientist in this instance was a Tuffle. "Like the Machine Mutants?", Namorel would ask the old man, his tone more inquisitive than most times, "Although this seems far less... serious than some of those projects as you outlined in the Tuffle book.", finishing his statement, Namorel would tuck the spear he still held under his gi and slung to his back to free up both of his hands.
Following the old man into the large antechamber, a small bridge suspended over what felt like nothingness as they walked towards the core, screens littered in an almost unison that was both intriguing and unnerving. "No, let's poke around for a moment, there must be a console around here somewhere, I want to see if there is a switch to reactivate some of these beings, it would be terrible to leave them here.", Namorel stated in disagreement with Ayumu, more concerned about the various machines he saw across the screens and flying to the far ends, looking for a console with some degree of instruction on what to do, hoping for something along the lines of either a release mechanism or instructions at the least for leaving.
The entire room was a double sphere, the outside sphere which we were inside off was layered with glass panes all around us, while the middle dome was a computer set-up that seemed to resemble some kind of supercore. Although the grate which pooled water through the metallic passageway that connected to the middle was elevated in the sky apart from a connection to the middle, the main core had eight thick cables on the upper sections that would seperate outwards and connect onto large gaps in the outer orb. The water had pooled at the bottom and seemingly was just sitting below rather neatly, not a single droplet being wasted.
Ayumu himself was following Namorel before passing him up as he checked the area. "Something like a machine mutant, but this seems much more intentional, as does this massive core that i have heard tales about. Maybe this was made to spit out machines way after the owner had died down, but it doesn't seem to be able to start up" Pointing at the elevated middle orb they would be walking towards for quite a while as the bottom looked like it was high enough to even hurt them rather painfully. Yet below the elevated orb were a few cables that had connected to the bottom of the orb once before, laying dead and motionless with no energy pulsing through them and great amounts of damage. "We could scrap it for parts that we could sell for Zenni later, but i don't think we can repair this seperate from taking notes."

Keeping close to Ayumu as to not miss a word of him, the sound easily being carried away in the empty room were one not paying attention to what was being said. The thought of a more intentional strain of the Metal Mutant process intrigued the Namekian, but not quite enough to distract him from the matter at hand, scanning the room over and coming to a realization at the fruitlessness of his efforts at the time. "Hmm... any idea if it would be feasible to salvage the hard drive of the facility? The rest of it could make us a mint, but that hard drive could serve us in more conventional ways as well.", Namorel pondered out loud, not quite directing the question directly at the old man, but was hoping he would respond nonetheless. The wiring that hung about, directing the lack of current where it should have gone drew Namorel's eye, he would fly over to the batch and begin searching for their end point to unplug them as they were.
"Why would someone set something like this up behind an arbitrary puzzle and so close to the tower? I don't see how a puzzle pertaining to the Dragon Balls would make sense for something so high tech, unless there is something else this was built into.", Namorel's thought persisted to be spoken to the room, whether an answer was given to him or not. More and more the facility intrigued him and he wanted to learn as much about it as he could before he had to leave.
Ayumu would agree that there was something wrong here, why all this effort. "It seems wrong yeah, almost as if it was all planned to be found by the first person who could figure it out." he agreed as he looked around, before then stating. "What if we aren't the first ones?" as he started to connect to the core and use his tablet to scan for any files that were left on it.
Hoping to all hopes that there wasn't some strange virus on it, hoping that it wasn't deleted but above all, hoping that it wasn't too corrupt. Yet with a bit of searching and a bit of effort, Ayumu then brilliantly smiled as he pointed upwards. "It seems that there is a way out at the top, so don't worry about that! If you could carry me out, we can finish up this expedition, we just have to break through one of the tubes. They are heat vents!" Ayumu would admit to this information.
But he soon continued with a bit of extra information "The metals are useless for normal use it seems, but we can use the gold in the cables at the bottom and earn a penny. Along with the fact that i will need a bit more time to decypher what these files hold. They are encrypted and seemingly... Not entirely whole anymore." Speaking in a sad but honest tone, The man would then upload a few files before saying. "Copied them, will be working on decyphering over a long period. Uploaded a tracker virus for if somebody taps into this machine later."

Namorel beamed at the location of a means to escape, but was still curious at the intent of it all, all too peculiar if you were to ask him honestly. Irregardless there was not much more the two of them could do here. Tearing some wiring from the machines, Namorel would drift back down to Ayumu, waiting for him to finish up with his information collection. Once the old man was finished, he would wrap and arm around him and fly into one of the vents, pushing through it as fast as he can to avoid dealing with whatever nasties may be hiding inside.
Once outside he would hand the wiring off to the human and set him down, the two of them once more at the base of Korin's Tower, Namorel intent on returning to the nearby village to rest before he had to deal with whatever the old man had planned next. "Any plans after this? Surely you of all people have another grand adventure in mind.", Namorel would playfully mock the old man who had yet to disappoint the Namekian with his linty of seemingly arbitrary tasks that somehow evolved into a grand scale adventure by the end of it... hopefully this time he wouldn't wake up in someone else's bed without a memory of the night before.
