"Thank you for translating." Lettuki told Vuoto after he finished speaking the demon language, this was reassuring to have a translator, there was little to no risk for her to misunderstand him now. The girl seemed pleased to have the new device, which was good, it meant she was willing to call Lettuki in if she needed help, all he would need to do is pick up a new one. Although the hug made Lettuki feel a bit odd, he still needed to get accustomed to the friendly physical interactions the girl does. Lettuki only placed his hand on the girl's head and patted her as she hugged him.
Before Lettuki could answer Vuoto's question, the girl seemed to have ran up the tree and Lettuki could guess what was going to happen, though to his surprise the girl instead threw the fruit at him instead of holding it out like last time. Lettuki caught it and split it open and before he could offer his half, he saw the girl already had one of her own. "This fruit is strange, seeds have a odd taste and the skin is a bit rough, but I haven't dropped dead yet, so I'd say they're edible." Lettuki told Vuoto as he begun to eat the fruit whole like he had done before. "Oh, and the nearest town that I know of is about 100 miles East, they have better food, at least I assume." Lettuki told the male demon in case he wasn't pleased with this food.
Vuoto watched as Jaci gave him a rather unfriendly stare, causing the older demon to simply shake his head only to notice the young girl disappeared. Without much care for her considering she clearly going to cause issues in the future that the pale warrior would rather avoid, when Jaci returned the caped man was already turning to walk away into the forest. Nodding to Lettuki's words and speaking in turn, those were the literal last words spoken by the demon as only a snap sound would remain of him and a few fading diamonds; Vuoto having disappeared into literal thin air. "I suppose a thank you is in order for this information. Perhaps we will cross paths once more Lettuki."
Jaci seemed a little confused, she was actually a little surprised that she had managed to miss when she’d thrown the fruit towards the other demon. She stayed next to lettuki while the pair talked and just contented with eating on her portion of the fruit. She seemed rather confused by the other demon’s behaviour but then again he was the first of them she’d met outside of her own family and the humans she’d encountered so far. So she couldn’t entirely understand just what it was going on and why he’d treated what she had done as so damn wrong. It was almost like he was telling her that what she had been taught was all wrong.
She shuffled a little behind Lettuki as the other demon raised his hand, though peeked back out when he just vanished. Jaci looking a little surprised at the way in which he had done so and wondering if that was a fairly normal appearance and if she left little pretty sparkles behind when she vanished somewhere else. She finished her mouthful of fruit and looked up to Lettuki.
Before Lettuki could even reply to Vuoto's thank, he was already gone only seeing strange diamond like shapes where the man once stood. "Huh. Guess that's how you guys get around." Lettuki said mostly to himself. His only attention was brought to the little demon confirming she had made no notable progress thus far. "It's okay." Lettuki told her. "Long time." Lettuki added, trying to tell her it would take a long time for her to get as strong as him. Or so he assumed, he wasn't too sure how strong demons could potentially get.
"I go now." Lettuki said as he stretched his arms. "I get bigger." Lettuki kept his simple talk to try to not confuse the little demon. He would've liked to stay and chat, but he needed to keep training and getting stronger, he couldn't tend to all the demons he stumbled across. Lettuki then waved goodbye at the demon and begun to jog away, the weights making a loud thud as he did so until they faded away.
