History:
Mugine has started with a small little home in an out of the way forest. He has big plans and aspirations to build himself a base of power. But he isn’t an idiot. He can’t draw attention to himself. Instead he starts slow.
First, he purchased some low level creatures from the Dark House of Sorcery, and started poisoning a single stream. The small village downstream didn't realize he was poisoning them until it was too late. Their main water source was contaminated and they began to grow sick and die. The people had to evacuate the village and find new homes where they could live.
Mugine moved in promptly. With a home settled he was able to purchase more minions, and he sent them out to spread and multiply. Some poisoned forests; some attacked human villages. It didn’t matter so long as Mugine’s power and destruction grew...
Personality:
Mugine is a haughty schemer. He considers everything carefully and makes calculated plans. But this isn't because he is some sort of genius. It’s because he is a complete and total coward.
He sends his monsters out to do the dirty work while he stays back and avoids danger. He only comes forth when he is confident that everything will go according to his plans and he would be free from any danger.
Because of this, when things don’t go the way he expects he panics and grows enraged that someone dares to mess with his calculations. He will retreat and come up with a plan for vengeance against them...

Example Roleplay:
"Master Mugine, we looked into that buster girl," the Draw Master hissed, "It seems she's from Anckles."
"Hrmm," Mugine hummed thoughtfully on his throne, "What level is she?"
"She has just turned level 20, Master," the minion replied and bowed his goopy, melting head.
Mugine rubbed his chin thoughtfully. This buster had been causing him trouble. She was from a back water podunk town, but she was strong. Slowly she had been cleaning out his monsters from his poison bogs. He couldn't let this continue.
She was level 20, was she? Mugine smirked at the thought. That meant she was starting to get confident. This was around the level that busters started to get ambitious. They would often bite off more than they can chew. He could use this...
"Alright then," Mugine dropped his hand back to the arm rest, "How many Draw Masters do we have?"
"Four, Master," the Draw Master answered.
Four? Perfect, that was the typical number a small buster team would be. That buster girl wouldn’t be stupid enough to take him on herself. She’d be looking for allies, other busters to team up with. Even if she had reached level 20, she wouldn’t be THAT confident.
“Wasn’t there another crew of busters nearby? What were they called…” buster teams needed to register a name after all.
“The Prime Warriors,” the monster said.
“That’s right,” Mugine nodded, “They were also around that level.”
Those other busters had been around longer than her. But they had been weak. Complacent. It was ridiculous how one little girl could cause more trouble than a whole team of busters. That's why he wanted to make an example of her especially.
“Hmm...” Mugine ran numbers in his head. Calculating. Planning.
He knew better than to try and fool the girl with Draw Men. She’d learn to identify them. No, he would have to use Draw Masters. The problem would be that to imitate someone perfectly, the Draw Masters need a piece of their target.
Could he kill the Prime Warriors? Maybe if he separated them. Picked them apart one by one. Divide and conquer.
He’d need to plan this carefully. But… that was exactly what he was best at.
“Go get me an inventory list of all the monsters I have,” Mugine waved a hand imperiously.
“Yes, Master,” the Draw Master hissed and gave a respectful bow before retreating from the room.
To plan appropriately he would need to take proper stock of his resources. Then he could set up the best strategies to pick those worthless busters off one by one.
Then, when he got his hands on that little buster girl, he would shred her to little pieces and display her body to the humans as an example to anyone who would dare oppose him!
